RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY – NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
NOTE: Sale items may not be returned for an exchange/refund under any circumstances whatsoever. Swimwear will only be accepted back with the hygiene strip still in place.
We highly doubt you’ll want to return your awesome shoes but if, for some reason, you have a change of heart, you will need to notify us within 5 days of your order being delivered. You may choose between a product exchange or credit, no refunds are permitted. But remember… you changed your mind; not us, so you will need to cover the cost of the courier fee in order to return the shoes.
Please retain the product’s original packaging and do not wear the product. Obvs! Please also ensure the items are returned in the exact condition they were received in.
Ordered the wrong size? No problem! Let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered and we will gladly assist.
RETURNS/WARRANTY POLICY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Received a faulty pair of shoes. This is our worst case scenario and we want to sort it out straight away. All of our shoes coming with a 6 month warranty and this covers any manufacturing faults but excludes normal wear and tear or incorrect use of the product. We’ve seen you on the dance floor sista… and NO it doesn’t cover that.
You will be advised whether the product can be repaired or whether it will need to be replaced. You also have the option of a refund/credit. SAINT&SUMMER will be liable for the delivery charges if the product has been found to be defective. The decision between repairing or replacing will be that of SAINT&SUMMER’s depending on availability and other relevant circumstances.
