RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY – NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
NOTE: Sale items may not be returned for an exchange/refund under any circumstances whatsoever.
We highly doubt you’ll want to return your fabulous shoes but if, for some reason, you have a change of heart, you will need to notify us within 5 days of your order being delivered. You may choose between a product exchange or credit. But remember… you changed your mind; not us, so you will need to cover the cost of the courier fee in order to return the shoes.
Please retain the product’s original packaging and do not wear the product. Obvs! Please also ensure the items are returned in the exact condition they were received in.
If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased) please do not remove the product from its original packaging or try the product on at all. Please email email@example.com to notify us of the mistake so that we can arrange collection of the product and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.
If your shoes were purchased from one of our stockists and you would like to arrange an exchange, please return to the store and they will gladly assist.
Cinderella ordered the wrong size? No problem! Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly arrange the exchange. However, please note that you will be responsible for the collection fee as well as the redelivery fee of your chosen pair.
RETURNS/WARRANTY POLICY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Received a faulty pair of shoes. This is our worst case scenario and we want to sort it out straight away. All of our shoes coming with a 6 month warranty and this covers any manufacturing faults but excludes normal wear and tear or incorrect use of the product. We’ve seen you on the dance floor sista… and NO it doesn’t cover that.
When returning a defective product, please email a photograph of the defective item as well as your proof of purchase to email@example.com.
You will be advised whether the product can be repaired or whether it will need to be replaced. You also have the option of a refund/credit. SAINT&SUMMER will be liable for the delivery charges if the product has been found to be defective. The decision between repairing or replacing will be that of SAINT&SUMMER’s depending on availability and other relevant circumstances.
