RETURNS/WARRANTY POLICY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Received a faulty pair of shoes, our worst case scenario and we want to sort it out straightaway. All of our shoes coming with a 6 month warranty and this covers any manufacturing faults and not normal wear and tear or incorrect use of the product. We’ve seen you on the dance floor sister and NO it doesn’t cover that.
When arranging a return of a defective product, please email a photograph of the defective item as well as your proof of purchase to email@example.com. You will be advised whether the product can be repaired or whether it will need to be replaced. You also have the option of a refund/credit. SAINT&SUMMER will be liable for the delivery charges if the product has been found to be defective.
The decision between repairing or replacing will be that of SAINT&SUMMER’s depending on availability and other relevant circumstances.
